To be eligible to sell goods of a Scottish theme or home made/crafted goods or food, complete the application for stallholders and return it with a cheque for the appropriate fee no later than 31st October 2010
Public Liability Insurance
All stallholders must have a
Policy that is current on 4th December 2010 that includes a min of $10M public liability and $10M product liability.
The Highland Gathering has access to an insurance policy through the Hepburn Shire Council. The policy will cover the Stallholder for the above liability at a cost of $50.00 (inc GST) The Stallholder application includes a section to complete, should you wish to take advantage of this offer.
Stallholders without suitable public liability policy cannot trade.
Fees
A standard stall 4 metre frontage fees are
$110.00 for un-powered site
$112.00 for a powered site
Stallholders requiring more space will need to hire this extra space as per application form)
Stallholders receive two complimentary tickets with each booking. If more tickets are needed they can be purchased at a cost of $12.00 per adult and $1.00 per child.
All stallholders selling food MUST register with the Hepburn Shire Council under the Food Act.
